It is our great pleasure to announce the appointment of Stuart Holcombe at the position of Executive Vice President, Business Development for HDS Retail North America, effective July 9, 2007. In this capacity, Stuart will be based in our New York office and will be reporting to the President & CEO.

Stuart Holcombe is a veteran of the airport concessions industry, having worked for several years at Delaware North Companies and more recently at Faber, Coe & Gregg, Inc. In addition to his vast experience in our field of business, Stuart brings to HDS Retail a passion for retail and a great ability to develop win-win relationships with airport landlords and DBE partners.

With recent contract awards to HDS in Las Vegas and John F. Kennedy International Airports, we are confident that the addition of an individual of Stuart Holcombe's caliber will reinforce HDS Retail's goal to pursue aggressive growth in North American airports.
