HDS Retail North America is pleased to announce the award of a contract to RELAY at IND, LLC for the operation of six stores at the new Indianapolis International Airport.

RELAY at IND, LLC is a partnership between HDS Retail and DRE Retail, LLC, a recognized Disadvantage Business Enterprise, based in Indianapolis. Hal Darring, the founder and CEO of DRE Retail, LLC brings more than twenty-two years of professional experience with an emphasis on sales, management and consulting, and has spent the last seven years providing service to the passengers at the Indianapolis International Airport.

We are excited about introducing several of our key banners to the Indianapolis area including RELAY , the world's largest news and gift brand; The recently developed news and convenience concept USA Today Travel Zone ; hub Convenience , a convenience location with news, quick grab-and-go meals, snacks coffee and confectionary items; and rounding out our package will be two beautiful boutique-like shops, Fruits & Passion, which will offer a sensuous line of body care, kitchen and ambiance products and Artizan, providing dynamic, stylish jewelry and fashion accessories – both appealing to a vast array of travelers.

The Indianapolis International airport is launching a brand new $1.1 billion terminal in late October and RELAY at IND, LLC is thrilled to be bringing our brands to this exciting space. The new airport will feature dynamic signage, automated walkways, post-security connectivity between concourses, and a short taxi time to the arrival gates due to the terminal location between the two main runways. With over 55,000 square feet of prime retails space, it is an exciting convergence of architecture, art, natural lighting and accessibility.

The airport is scheduled to open at the end of October 2008, and HDS Retail North America is proud to be a part of the expansion and looking forward to building a strong relationship with IND over the next ten years.
