HDS Retail North America is pleased to announce the award of a contract to HDS & Partners at DTW, LLC for the operation of Nationally-branded News/Gift and Gourmet Coffee Retail in the brand new North Terminal at Detroit-Metro International Airport. The contract, covering four locations, was approved yesterday at a Board Meeting of the Wayne County Airport Authority.

HDS & Partners, LLC is a venture between HDS Retail North America and AP United, LLC , a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise based in Detroit, Michigan. The company will be introducing at Detroit-Metro the RELAY concept, the world's largest news & gift brand, as well as the recently developed news & convenience concept USA Today Travel Zone . Caribou Coffee will complete the line-up with its celebrated gourmet and espresso-based coffee drinks complemented by an attractive food to go offering. The four stores are forecasted to generate over $37 million in revenues during the five-year term of the agreement.
